After spending 20 years working in the footwear industry, our founder Claire became increasingly frustrated with the idea that comfort and style couldn’t co-exist. So she took a leap of faith and created Air & Grace.

We’re now a small team of specialists working together in our London studio, putting our heart and sole into every shoe we create.

All our shoes, boots and sandals have layers of high-performance memory and recovery foams built in, so you’ll always get that ‘trainer feel’ and never have to sacrifice comfort for style.

We’re not interested in fast fashion fads. For us, buying fewer and choosing better is what matters. That’s why every shoe we create is inspired by real life and designed to transcend seasons.

It takes us around a year to go from the seed of an idea to the production of a new style, with each shoe going through as many sample stages and wear trials as it takes for us to be sure you’ll enjoy wearing them, again and again.

As members of The Leather Working Group, we're committed to sourcing our leathers from accredited, responsible tanneries that adhere to the highest anti-pollution standards.

We partner with high quality, family-run factories in Portugal and Spain who have passed their skills from generation to generation.
