This is a Pre-order style for dispatch during the week commencing 20th July.
The most perfect heels - meet Bisou. A year in the making, these pointed toe heels have been through many rounds of development to ensure they are as perfect as they can possibly be. A slim but stable mid height heel ensures enjoyable all day wear. Our signature comfort cushioning makes them feel as good at the end of the day as when you first stepped into them. The oversized bow trim is adorable. They are super versatile - dress them up or down. You don't need an excuse to wear them, because special shoes shouldn’t be saved for special occasions.

These extra special shoes have a removable film on the outer soles to protect them whilst being tried on. Once you’re ready for their first outing it’s advisable to remove the film before wear.

General feedback is that our shoes fit true to size. If you are in between sizes, we suggest sizing up.
All of our shoes are standard width fitting but many have adjustable elements for a variety of width fittings.

£6.95 - UK Express Delivery* via DPD. Order by midday to receive your order the next working day.
International Shipping - Orders for the EU and outside of the UK – delivery costs and any relevant duties will be presented at checkout.
*Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scilly Islands and the Scottish Highlands and Islands can take an additional day to be delivered. Please view the DPD or Royal Mail website to check your location.
Returns & Exchanges
Refund returns will be charged a £3.95 postal fee, which will be deducted from the total refund.
Currently we are not able to provide a free returns & exchanges service for non-UK orders, but we’re working on it. Until then return shipping is payable by the customer.

- UK Express shipping is delivered next working day.
- UK Standard shipping is Royal Mail Tracked 48 and delivered within 2-4 working days.
